Marwood Infant School is a happy, caring school where all children are nurtured and encouraged to reach their full potential. As a Church of England school the Christian ethos is central to the life of the school community.

OFSTED judges Marwood to be

‘an outstanding school in every respect providing an excellent education for all its pupils’ May 2007.

The local authority has deemed Marwood School to be ‘Highly Effective’ for the last seven years.
