Archbishop's Visit
Mon 27 Nov 2023We were delighted to welcome the Archbishop of York and other special guests to our school this morning to launch our Action for Peace initiative. The Archbishop joined us in collective worship and then spent some time in each classroom and with the Trinity Group. Our worship was around the theme of "Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me". Children then undertook a number of activities, including painting their version of themselves onto stones which we hope to use to start a path of peace that the community can also contribute to. All present painted their 'me', including the Archbishop.

Co-op Funding Celebration
Fri 17 Nov 2023Many thanks to all who Co-op members who named school as the beneficiary for the Community Funding. We are delighted to be able to tell you that we’ve received £6031.65 to fund our project of buying new planters, raised vegetable beds and plants!
